Why Intentful not Intentional

Why intentful and not intentional: I was thinking about how much time I spend just thinking but not actually doing and laughed to myself that I was a "thoughtful" person but what I need to be is an "intentful" person. My thoughts need to transcend into intentional action and thus I need to move away from being "thoughtful" to "intentful".

It is Apple Picking Time!

Since we moved to Oregon we have started quite a few traditions with the Gang, and apple picking happens to be one of them. We all meet up at Kiyokawa Family Orchards & Fruit Stand for some good ole apple picking fun. This year we scheduled it for Kiyokawa's Mariachi Band and Fiesta. Can you have a better time apple picking than at a Japanese family farm with a Mexican theme? I think not. Afterwords we headed down to Hood River and had lunch at Full Sail Brewery out on their icy cool deck-they were packed! Linnea loved riding in the wagon and seemed to really enjoy the Mariachi music.

Hey, Peeps where are the apples?

Keep a move on Auntie!

There are the apples, can I have this one?

This is my favorite form of transportation.

Our little family...

Wait there is more of us! Crazy Auntie and Uncle Eric...

Silly Aunt Amanda and Uncle Kevin...

Looks like Uncle Ry and Auntie Al have an idea

Wow, apple ears-super cool, Uncle Ry!

Look! Auntie has our cammera!

  1. Yeah for the update! So sad we missed apple picking. Did I tell you that the 2 couples coming to look at our house that day were both no shows?? Go figure! Love the wine bar pics! Amanda P.
